Tiny stitches

More tiny stitches that I've done over the week...

The bubble tea from Frosted Pumpkin in my own colours. This guy is now a fridge magnet! This is my first time stitching on waste canvas... Quite an interesting concept! I am now sold and will be making quite a few more of these magnet stuff as gifts etc!

I asked my friend what fruit was her favourite to look at, after thinking very hard of a fruit to stump me, she finally came up with "raspberry". This is my diseased, more-tomato-than-raspberry attempt... Must say it was a challenge graphing this. It was a gift for her, I put it on a hairtie.

Today's stitching

I am procrastinating from many other things, but today I was pretty productive stitching wise!

First, a felt needle book. I will never be able to do felt crafts properly because I can't get the hang of blanket stitch, as you can see from my horrible stitching. But it's just a temporary piece until I get some time to cross-stitch something and put my book together from that. This was just put together from bits and bobs I had around the house.

And then while I was looking for my felt pieces I found my button making stuff, so I decided to stitch this little guy quickly and make a button out of him. Graphed him myself, so have been looking for some time to stitch him up. Now that I have, I see that there are some things I'm not too happy about his expression, so I think I will change that a little and restitch to see how that looks.
